    I'm dead. Definitely shouldn't have eaten lunch before this😆. Conor, my dude. About those "press ups". 1) They're called "push-ups". 2) Form, sir, form. Get your chin out pft your chest, stretch the top of your head towards the wall in front of you amd keep your neck in line with the rest of your spine! I would have poked you with my dowel if you'd been doing that in my Pilates class!
